1. Services
Spark Pro Electricians provides domestic and commercial electrical services across Greater London. All work is carried out by licensed master electricians in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC 2023).
2. Quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Verbal estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to a formal written quote before work commences. Additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances will be agreed with the customer before proceeding.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept check, card, and bank transfer. Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month in accordance with applicable DC, Maryland, and Virginia commercial debt laws.
4. Guarantee
We offer a 1-year workmanship guarantee on all completed work. This covers defects arising from our work but does not cover misuse, modifications by third parties, or faults arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of quotation. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through to the customer.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We carry $2M general liability insurance. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including loss of earnings, data, or business.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a booked appointment carry no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out charge of up to £75 to cover engineer time and travel.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the DC Superior Court.
